GUEST EXPERIENCE
As in the first century church, we desire that the Kingdom COC truly represents itself as a body of believers with whom visitors want to worship, even after one time! Turning first time visitors/guests into consistent attendees is one of our goals.
There are a number of critical components that we can put in place that will continually reinforce "whose we are and who we are", regarding our loving treatment of visitors and guests.

KINGDOM CAFE
To provide Kingdom members and guests a welcoming environment with hospitality by providing light refreshments prior to worship service.

KINGDOM GROUPS
Gathering to apply Biblical principles in Kingdom Groups with people of similar age, stage of life, or interest connects us with Christ and each other. We spend time investing in relationships with each other and with those who have yet to believe in Jesus. Our goal is for Kingdom Groups to be people living in community on mission together to love God, love each other, and love our neighbors.
KINGDOM INVITATION TO SERVE (k.I.T.S)
To identify the gifts, talents and abilities of Kingdom members to serve God and his people. To nurture and grow those gifts, talents and abilities so we may give the best of ourselves and to build a culture of service.
KINGDOM LIVING
To support each of Kingdom Living ministries (Kingdom Cares, Women's, Men's, Marriage, Youth, Young Adults/ Single, and Senior Ministries) with the below objectives/ goals:
- Oversee, support and ensure effective implementation of Kingdom Living Ministry activities;
- Validate Kingdom Living ministries activities remain consistent with Kingdom COC’s mission and objective;
- Ensure, collaborate and identify opportunities of volunteer engagement specific to Kingdom Living ministries;
- Support the development of Kingdom Living ministry ideas, concepts;
- Present and assist in escalation of feedback; and
- Ensure Kingdom Living ministry accountability
KINGDOM SUPPORT
The Kingdom Support Ministry has been established to provide the underpinning, support and any resources needed for our ministry leaders to most efficiently and effectively achieve the goals objectives of their individual ministries. Services provided include, but are not limited to human resource recruitment, leadership training, project management, financial management, time management, effective meeting management, etc.
MARKETING & communication
To provide an appealing audio/visual worship service for patrons and guests as well as provide push/pull communication (announcements, emails, website) for Kingdom members and guests.
MARRIAGE
To strengthen marriages and address issues that may arise in families through open discussion and education.

MEN'S
To develop spiritually minded men rooted and grounded in faith who are:
1. Devoted to the exploration of the Word of God
2. Scripturally, lead their families and community
3. Committed to helping build and encourage their brothers in Christ
4. Providing a safe place for brothers to authentically be themselves and mature in the Word, as God has called them to do so.

PRAYER TEAM
To provide spiritual support for our brothers and sisters in their time of transition and need. We will pray with them, and for them, and comfort and strengthen them. We will provide support for those members who are hospitalized, homebound or who have experienced the death of their immediate family members. Through our work, the ultimate goal of the Prayer Team Ministry is for God to be Glorified.
SAFETY & SECURITY
The Safety & Security Ministry is responsible to keep all members, visitors and guests safe and secure while on site for worship and other church-related activities.
Teams of members will be Safety-trained and/or certified in First Aid, CPR and will work with external, professional resources to efficiently and effectively manage safety issues that may arise.
In addition, qualified members will work closely with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Department to provide and ensure that the security of the the facility and the safety of members, visitors and guests is paramount.

SENIOR'S
To come together and fellowship outside of worship service. As senior’s we have particular needs and want to be of support to one another in this “fourth quarter” of our lives. We also want to continue to do what we can to further the Word of God by being of service to others.
WOMEN'S
To create an atmosphere of acceptance by showing and demonstrating love, fellowship and unity; to grow in Christian womanhood through continuous learning and being of service to the community.
YOUTH
To build a healthy environment for youth to learn, live, and lead a lifestyle of worship.
